I love being surrounded by plants, flowers & trees.
My dearest friends all know that my dream is to have a garden a la the Barefoot Contessa where I casually stroll into back yard right before guests arrive to pick out fresh basil and ripe red juicy tomatoes for a delectable, garden fresh taste…
But since I live in the city I have re-written that dream into a more practical, sustainable reality: a lovely little shelf in my kitchen where little pots of basil, mint & rosemary are being grown, and a beautiful bowl on my table piled high with farmer’s market tomatoes.
